Free 1 month iQIYI Standard VIP Subscription Promotion

  1. Promotion is valid till further notice. 
  2. The promo only applies to iQIYI Standard VIP Plan.
  3. Customers need to sign up to iQIYI as an add on under StarHub TV+ or standalone internet TV subscription via StarHub TV+ store in order to enjoy the promo.
  4. Customers will be charged $8.98/mth (inclusive of GST) from the second month onwards.
  5. This Promotion cannot be used to offset any existing subscription charges, service-related charges such as device, equipment, activation, termination or any outstanding balances due to StarHub.
  6. This Promotion is non-exchangeable for cash or kind, is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  7. Unless we specify otherwise, this Promotion is not available with other discounts, promotions, special packages or offers.

StarHub TV+ box  

  1. Applicable for StarHub TV+ and HomeHub+ customers only.
  2. A rental fee of $6.01/month per set top box apply, unless otherwise stated.
  3. StarHub Fibre Broadband with Smart WiFi (Nokia Beacon 1 Wi-Fi mesh router))/Smart WiFi Pro (Linksys MX4200) are required to enjoy free-to-air channels on the TV+ box.
  4. New customers may watch their subscribed channels on the StarHub TV+ app or web with their Hub iD before the delivery of the TV+ box.
  5. Recontract customers may continue watching their existing channels on the Fibre TV set-top box until the day before the TV+ box delivery. On the day of delivery, customer may watch their newly subscribed channels on the StarHub TV+ app or web with their Hub iD before the delivery of the TV+ box.
  6. As TV+ and HomeHub+ service cannot be supported by Fibre TV set-top box, it is recommended that recontract customers arrange for the delivery of TV+ box on the Fibre activation date to minimise service disruption.
  7. StarHub reserves the rights to revise any of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

 

Return of Fibre TV Set-top Box

  1. Customers who have recontracted to StarHub TV+ or HomeHub+ are required to return their existing Fibre TV set-top box(es), along with the remote control(s) and power cable(s) within 7 days from their sign-up date.
  2. Customers may prepare the equipment for StarHub’s collection upon the delivery of their TV+ box (if any). Alternatively, customers may drop off the equipment at any of these 4 StarHub Shops during operating hours – Plaza Singapura, Tampines Mall, Nex and Jurong Point.
  3. Failing to do so, an equipment loss charge will apply.
  4. StarHub reserves the rights to revise any of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

 

FREE Welcome Plan for 2 years

  1. Promotion is valid till further notice.
  2. Promotion of one FREE mobile plan is included for all new and re-contract customers who sign up for any Mobile+ $69/$99/$129/$169 2-year plan, 4G $55 2-year plan, 4G $25 SIM Only 1-year plan, 4G $25 SIM Only no contract or 2-year Broadband, Entertainment or HomeHub Plus plan via StarHub Shops only.
  3. Promotion of one FREE mobile plan is applicable to all new and re-contract customers who sign up for any Mobile+ $69/$99/$129/$169 2-year plan, 4G $55 2-year plan via StarHub Online Store.
  4. This promotion is not valid for change of plan via My StarHub App or My Account Manager.
  5. This mobile plan is issued as an additional new mobile line with a mobile number and is free for the initial 24 consecutive months, thereafter $8.15/month is chargeable unless otherwise terminated.

  1. Promotion is valid from 19 Jun 2024 till while stocks last.
  2. Promotion is open to all customers signing up/re-contracting to eligible StarHub’s Broadband or HomeHub plans with a 24-month contract.
  3. Monthly Equipment Installation is subjected to customer’s eligibility.
  4. Top-up devices will be based on the Broadband or HomeHub+ plan, refer to table above.
  5. Limited to maximum 1 top-up device per plan per service address.
  6. Top-up Device is not refundable or exchangeable for cash, and cannot be replaced with other Devices upon sign up.
  7. Eligible customers will receive a Whatsapp from StarHub’s fulfilment partner to arrange for delivery of the Free Device within 10 days of their broadband installation.
  8. Free delivery will be provided for the Devices.
  9. Customers who miss the free delivery attempt by the courier company at the agreed appointment date and time will be charged $59.95 (with GST) by the appointed courier company for each subsequent attempt to deliver the free Device. Delivery date and time for the re-delivery will be based on availability.
  10. StarHub will not be liable for any incidental or indirect damages/injuries related to the free Device.

Pioneer Exclusive Offer: 50% off Premier+

  • Eligibility: All new residential customers who belong to the Pioneer Generation are eligible to sign up for the Pioneer Exclusive Offer: 50% off Premier+ (“Promotion”) either as a Standalone Service or with a StarHub TV+ Pass (excluding Starter+) valid with a 24-month contract. “Pioneer Generation” refers to Singapore citizens who (a) were born on or before 31 December 1949 and (b) became a Singapore citizen on or before 31 December 1986.
  • If you sign up for this Promotion as a Standalone Service, the monthly subscription charges for Premier+ will be billed at $20.36 (inclusive of GST).
  • If you sign up for this Promotion with a StarHub TV+ Pass (excluding Starter+) on a 24-month contract or with an eligible StarHub service, the monthly subscription charges for Premier+ will be billed at $12.73 (inclusive of GST).

  • Eligibility: All new residential customers without an existing StarHub Fibre Broadband service are eligible to sign up for Free 12 months HomeHub+ UltraSpeed 10Gbps: UltraSports Bundle (“Promotion”) valid with a 24-month contract.
  • Contract Period: 24 Months
  • Promotional Period: 25 October till 17 November
  • This Promotion subscription includes the following services:
    • StarHub TV+: Sports+ and Premier+; and
    • HomeHub+ UltraSpeed 10Gbps: 10Gbps UltraSpeed Fibre Broadband and Netflix Standard Plan.
  • The monthly subscription charges for HomeHub+ UltraSpeed 10Gbps: UltraSports Bundle will be $45 for the first 12 months. Thereafter, youYou will be billed $85 (inclusive of GST) from the 13th month onwards.
  • This Promotion includes free 24 months rental for 1 StarHub TV+ Pro. After the promotional periodFrom the 25th month onwards, you will be billed $15.18/month (inclusive of GST) from the 25th month onwards. 3 months Amazon Prime Membership on us Promotion

  1. Promotion is valid till further notice. 
  2. This Promotion is applicable to all new and re-contracting residential customers subscribing to the following StarHub Services and Plans:
    • StarHub TV+ on a 12-month or 24-month contract;
    • 2Gbps, 5Gbps or 10Gbps StarHub Fibre Broadband on a 24-month contract; or
    • HomeHub+ 1G, HomeHub+ 5G or HomeHub+ 10G on 24-month contract.
  3. Customers can enjoy the first 3 months of Amazon Prime membership on us. You will be charged the then-current monthly charge (currently $4.99/month inclusive of GST) from the 4th month onwards.
  4. Customers need to activate the Amazon Prime membership via My StarHub App within 30 days, upon receiving the SMS and/or email notification from StarHub.  As part of the activation process, customers are required to create an Amazon account with a valid email address or mobile number and password upon re-direction to the Amazon website.
  5. Amazon Prime Membership: Amazon Prime is provided solely by Amazon. You will enter into a separate contract with Amazon directly for your Amazon Prime Membership. You must review and accept the Amazon Prime terms and conditions as set out on Amazon’s website. To learn more about Amazon Prime, please visit Amazon’s website. We do not own or operate Amazon Prime and are not responsible for it. If you are already an Amazon Prime member, you can activate the promotional offer through StarHub once your membership has ended with Amazon (within the 30-day period described above).
